i just wanna share my concern scenario with u,
i was gifted jbl Bluetooth ear phone (t11bt) in some contest as a winning prize on may 2018,
Perhaps the left ear phone is not working.
unfortunately i dont have its bill as its a gifted product but i have a box attached with jbl manufacturer sticker ,i also had a call with our executive they were saying we cant claim warranty without bill.
however there's always a special case to be considered.
although according to this scenario as result we came out that someone should not gift jbl product to anyone because anything can't be done without bill,i am really disappointed with jbl service how can someone even ask for bill of gifted product.
therefore product is also very expensive costing 2,499 but as per cost service is very poor.
i hope u see a alternative to it.
I will appreciate the solution of it
