And I regret buying product from you.
You sell expensive products and your product and service both are bad.

You could not change the defective product that I ended up with and did not even care to repair or at least send it back to me. Seriously this is the extreme case.

You have to understand your service is really really really bad and Still you don't tend to hello the customer. Surely no one is going to buy the product.
