Have a new 2017 F-250 Super Duty Platinum that were unable to tow our travel trailer with because of the new design of the safety chain hook receiver on the back of the truck. After hours of looking for compatible class IV safety chain hooks and reading numerous nationwide blogs on the problem, there apparently is no answer. We now have a $75K truck that were not able to tow with. Need a solution quick! Please respond ASAP.
