Have to complaint about a Samsung washing machine/dryer purchased in UK. Have holes in clothes and informed due to spin speed of machine. Have escalated to CEO office in UK and received no satisfactory response.
Now having to complaint to credit card company under Sale Of Goods Act and Equal liability.
Id never buy or recommend another Samsung product again
