Having just purchased a new Samsung TV and using your concierge service to connect it, we have just gone through the worst possible nightmare ever. We were lucky to get a young lady named Kendall on the phone who went above and beyond to help us for almost 2 hours, we haven't been able to use our DVD or the TV properly since the day of installation, and when we did call we were told to call our provider, which turned out to be wrong. what did we pay $89.99 for? We feel that we deserve a refund. Thank you!! We still love shopping at Costco, that will not change.
