Having trouble with playstation 4 for the second time dealing with a lot of people at headquarters and getting no help from anyone talk to Mathew Cunningham told him my situation he said he'll file a report and get back to me in a week . It been 3 weeks now and have not received call or email from anyone could you please contact me asap I would like to talk to you Andrew because this ha been going on for weeks just got off the phone with Matt all of a sudden he called me because I had called him told me your your people said I'm out of luck that I have to pay to have have it fix it is ashame that now I have to call the ago of Cali and file a report and I'm calling your local news station.i would like to talk to the president and no one else this is ridiculous thank you Joe
