Having trouble with your business ? Put on some blue jeans and a shirt that matches those on the street. Get in the elevator. Go to the ground floor. Pull out your cell phone and try to find a product at your local store. Then go find that product. Look for three items your not familiar with. Number one the Sears Web page sucks. Try to find out, through the Sears Web site, on line,, if the products are available in store.
Besides the unmanageable Web site Sears is so far behind in Web technology I do everything to avoid Sears. The CEO is clueless in running his/her business; Lowes Web sucks bad too. Hire some idiots and have them shop at Sears, a moron could see the problems. Guess your not a moron however your store is failing.
