You and your team has made multiple false promises to rectify your mistake for sending us the wrong units which are useless to us. We continue to loose revenue for 4 rooms per night for now about two weeks. We plan to file a civil complaint for our damages. I have also left you a voicemail this afternoon. If we do not receive a solid answer by 5pm today we will proceed with civil complaint. We must receive tracking number for 4 PTAC units by 5pm today otherwise our attorney will start drafting such complaint. We are also going to place charge back on our corporate card. We have sufficient evidence that incorrect product was shipped and that we made all efforts to correct but got no resolution.
