Since May, when we returned defective product received, we have been trying to get a refund. So, it's almost 90 days and we've still not received the check and our rep said she can't get any answers from A/R (after being told by the same Rep that the check was being cut or the check was being mailed or that it was sent on the 15th...yet, still not refund.) Please see the attached and feel free to contact myself or Steve XXXX (the DC Manager at XXXXXXXXX). We have a good relationship with Home Depot and we were really trying to have a good relationship with Supply Works but from what we have experienced so far, it doesn't make good sense for us to NOT go elsewhere. I just wanted to make you aware.
