Mr Ternan, I am a long time Health Net clients have been generally satisfied. However, my wife and I receive letters regularly from Health Net informing me a claim from Che Medical Foundation can not be finalized due to â(1224)Invalid/incorrect taxi Id number-resubmit correct tax Iâdâ. This has gone for years. I spent time discussing this with my physician, his office manager, Health Net rep and a higher up at Dignity Health. I was told basically not to be concerned. I understood this is some kind of food fight between Health Net and Dignity Health. But itâs 41 cent per letter and all the time both companies waste doing this exercise over and over again. That cost is passed on to the customers. So I encourage you to address this problem . Thank You J Carlson
