Your 3rd party company NIA/Magellan for the last 2 1/2 months has been telling my own insurance company Healthnet PPO as well as my providers that I am not eligible! When I have been and pay ALOT of money for health insurance! I have ALWAYS been eligible! It is your company's reputation on the line and when it affects my healthcare and ability to receive care, I consider this a direct violation of my contract with your company. I am contacting my attorney to go over my options since NIA has NOT resolved this problem and keeps placing the blame on Healthnet. NIA keeps saying I have Arizona Complete Health and I DO NOT! I have HEALTHNET PPO (the original health plan). HEALTHNET PPO did NOT CHANGE. NIA keeps putting me under Arizona Complete Health and Ambetter. I have repeatedly told them I DO NOT HAVE THAT COVERAGE. Then they tell me that is how HEALTHNET loaded me in their system. HEALTHNET HAS TOLD THEM THAT IS NOT TRUE! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP! It's your reputation on the line. My attorney will be contacting me tomorrow to go over the next steps in this case.
