Hell Mr. Auld! I am writing you because I have gotten no response from some of your staff. We purchased a DR Horton home May of 2015, and still have not gotten dates on finishing up our 1 year warranty. Aside from that, all the cracks from the windows, up to the ceiling that were fixed, have returned in less then a month? I struggle with this because we paid close to $700k for our home and we can't seem to get the warranty coverage we deserve. Aside from that, from day one we questioned our driveway to Kyle, he said he knew it would be a problem, and when we told home that cars can not go down it due to the grade of it, we were told it's to code with the city and he won't repair it. However, we can't park on our street per HOA, and we can't get a vehicle down our driveway unless it's a truck! I've made several calls and emails to John, Kim, Tara, and Amanda. No one is responding to my calls or email, at this point I'm extremely discouraged, as you can imagine. Can you please direct me to someone that will actually help me and our house be finished with what's covered? There's a lot more, but you get the mist for now. Thanks! I can be reached
