Hello Akio,I purchased a Fortuner car (4*2) from your Delhi, India branch on – Akio Toyoda email address

Satish sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:

Hello Akio,
I purchased a Fortuner car (4*2) from your Delhi, India branch on 13-July-2015 which was theft in the blink of eyes on 4-May-2016. The thieves took hardly 6 mins to unlock it and take it away when it was parked in front of my house.Thankfully, I have CCTV cameras installed at my place and this whole incident got captured.

As per the police report, everyday 50 Fortuner are robbed from my city (Delhi) due to poor security system in the car.It looks like there is no good quality and security. Is this how a security system should be in a car of worth Rs. 31 lakhs(INR)? Did I invest at the wrong place? This is for sure that I am not going to recommend any Toyota car to anyone. I bought this car trusting Toyota as a brand. This way you will definitely see a drop in the sale of car. This incident left a really bad impact on my family's mind.A person gets emotionally attached to the new vehicle that he has bought with so much of excitement.

It is high time that you should improve your security system. At the same time, I am looking forward to the compensation. The car was stolen just because of poor lock system.I have never heard of such luxury cars getting unlocked so easily( compared to BMW, Mercedes, Audi,etc.).
This shameless incident has left me emotionally challenged. Hope to get a reply from you soon.
Thanks,
Satish
