Mark sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. that said:
Hello Andrew, I hope you can help me. In September I was charged three times for a single purchase from the PlayStation store. I contacted customer services who said the system only shows one transaction and that I should contact the credit card company to get my money back, which I did. This charge back has resulted in my PSN account being suspended, and now I cannot access content I have paid for. (Even offline). I contacted your customer services again and provided proof that I was charged three times. My case was then passed to another team. Despite numerous calls, my account is still suspended after nearly three weeks. It should not take this long to unlock an account after I have already provided proof that the problem is with Song's systems. I also shouldn't have to resort to emailing the CEO to get this matter resolved. You have a problem with the way your support departments are being managed. If you can spare the time it would be nice to talk to you and get this resolved. For reference.
