Hello Blooming Brands,
My name is Darnell Williams. I have never wrote an email to complain about service received, but today I needed my voice to be heard on the dissatisfaction I have with your Outback Steakhouse located in Yonkers, NY. Yesterday I placed an order to be picked up to compliment my Valentines Day plans for my fiancée. To my surprise as I plated the food to heat up, two sides were missing from my orders. Also missing was the bread that I clearly said yes to which is noted on my receipt, and bloomin sauce which was supposed to accompany the appetizer I ordered. Having worked in customer service previously, I truly understand that mistakes occasionally happen. But I was unable to even attempt to rectify this problem with the manager because after 6 calls placed to (914) 337-3244, which is the number listed on my receipt I was unable to get in contact with any employee at the location. So instead of a great Valentines night I was troubled with thought of how bad the dinner went. Coupled with my past experiences with Outback Steakhouse Im truly unsatisfied. All I ask of you is to place a better system to ensure all costumers receive exactly what they have ordered and that a representative please contact me to rectify my payment for the sides I did not receive.
