Customer at 512 Hill St, Santa Monica 90405 is outraged by the scheduled maintenance outage that last 5 hours and 16 minutes longer than scheduled. This ended up spoiling our dinner and our entire refrigerator of newly purchased groceries. I am personally going to be pursuing reimbursement of $1200 , based on total expenses accrued by the outage in the 5+ unplanned hours . Please respond or you will be promptly contacted by the entire blocks legal representation. And we intend to pursue this matter which we will believe impinges on the moral and legal rights of indigent renters in the Santa Monica community.
