My name is Alejandro Ortega. I live in Mexico City and I am writing to you with a service complaint on the service and food delivered by the pizza service you run called Pizza Hut. I ordered under my name and the telephone +521 0445534524756. The order arrived late, then the next problem was that the order was cold. The pizza was extremely cold as if it had never been warm at all. The jalapeños and the pepperoni were not even cooked. The pizza was literally imposible to eat. The pizza we ordered is a gran hut and it cost $209 Mexican pesos, which translates into 10 dollars.
