I am a very disappointed online consumer who just spent approx $1000 on a Martha Stewart Closet on March 13/2018. I have not received the order yet and your Customer Service team ( I called 4 x) has not been able to locate or cancel the order since it is lost in transit.
Please have your complaint department look into Toronto Order 0203880071.
I would like to suggest that Home depot implement an easier complaint department/follow up system. The Customer service 2 minute survey seems to have been disconnected or is not taking complaints and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service.
