Hello Dan Schulman,
I am looking for assistance to obtain many months and years worth of data for my business account for IRS audits. Davis Motorsports is a big business and we have so far been getting incorrect information, missing data in blank reports and for 8 days I have been getting the run around and obfuscation while ignoring the actual issues.
I have asked for a streamlining of the procedures and get me the year 2015 immediately. This has gone on deaf ears and still this afternoon. I have no data. We have it I am told by a PayPal person and we will send it in some encrypted and secret method. Incredible and unacceptable.
Please help me by getting this company, PayPal, to pay attention to the business and users needs to get correct data. I wonder how many subpoenaed reports and reports in general contain missing and incorrect information. I have seen this myself in the few reports I was able to create. I have been lied to and ignored. I have been given many differing excuses for my inability to create more reports like the first one I created 8 days ago.
