Darlene sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Hello Dan,
This is NOTICE to Dan Schulman, a man acting as CEO of PAY PAL, that your practices of holding my bank account funds and preventing my access to it, is a violation of my rights to property.
This practise of yours is costing me loss of funds and countless complications, causing me harm.
These actions of yours are unlawful, and Im letting you know that enough is enough!
There is currently a hold on my funds until June 6, 2016 from the date of June 24, 2016. This is NOT the first such occurance, and it is NOT acceptable!
Therefore I require the immediate return of ALL funds to my bank account, thus closing out said PAY PAL account.
I no longer wish to do business with you.
You have been notified!
