Barbara sent a message to Edward Lampert Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Email Address that said:
Hello Edward Scott Lampert or Sears epresentative,
As a Sears customer I'm very disappointed with services!!! I ordered a simple washing machine online March 2015 and my understanding was the item would be delivered Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
The e-mail received indicate it would be delivered, Friday, 04-15-16.
I called the local store at 843-769-7900, spoke with Victoria who assured me the item was in stock at the local store, if I placed an order today, 03-29-16, paid over the phone today, it would be deliverd Thursday, 04-31-2016.
I asked Victoria to call me back because I was looking at the same item in another store.
Victoria called me back from assured me the item was in stock, but now said it would be delivered Friday, 04-01-16 because she used the store zip code.
Victoria was very pleasant!
Now I'm out looking for a simple washing machine from another retailer before I cancel the order with Sears.
If you want to increase your customer base, customer loyalty and revenue please provide better service to the existing customers.
