Hello, Eleven days ago, my wife and I tried to place an online order to complete our baby registry. We attempted to use a gift card originally funded with $300. The order failed to go through; the error from your server indicated that there was a problem processing the gift card. Although the order failed, we came to discover that the order total was charged to our gift card balance. Since then, I've spent several hours of my time on the phone with representatives from your company in an attempt to reconcile.  I've been told twice that the issue would be resolved and that I would receive a call back or email to confirm the credit. There has been no communication, and our gift card balance remains depleted. T This has been an extremely frustrating experience.
