My husband and I have been customers of Outback for several years. We recently moved to Lake Stevens WA where a new Outback opened up. I have to say that we are completely disappointed at the quality of this location. On our first visit - shortly after opening we went to the bar and sat there for approximately 15 minutes without any type of acknowledgement that we were there. The Bartender was somewhat busy but also chatty. We left at the 15 minute point as we were hungry and getting irritated. Upon leaving I asked to speak to the manager. It took at least another 15 minutes before the young manager came to greet us. He did apologize but really gave us the impression that he was a bit overwhelmed. We gave it another try. A few weeks later we sat at a table in the bar. The service was better. But upon ordering the food - there was no comparison to the Bothell WA location that we normally visited. The food portions were small and there was no taste to the food. This is quite disappointing as we do generally like the Outback food. Most likely we won't drive to the Bothell location since it is now much farther for us. Also, on another note, I was talking to my new neighbor, and they as well had similar experiences at the Lake Stevens WA location and stated that they will not be returning.
As a prior Business Owner this is information that I would like to be aware of, so I thought I'd take a few minutes to provide you with my feedback.
Not sure if you can correct these issues and not sure if we will ever return to the Lake Stevens location, but wanted you to be aware.
