Hello. First of all id like ro thank Sony for years of entertainment. PlayStation has been a part of my family since ps1. I'm writing because I recently was layed off and bought my son a second hand ps4 about a week after I got it it stopped working. I know it's not covered by warranty but was wondering if there was any chance of getting one from you. I'm embarrassed to ask for a hand out but the look of job on my son's face when I got him his ps4 was so great to see then the look of disappointment when he realized it was broke and dad can't afford to get a new one. I'd be so greatful if you could send me one to give him . I do understand this is a business and if you gave free ps4s to everyone PlayStation would not exist. Please consider helping me make my boy happy.
