Hello Franc,
I am here again, very disappointed this time, with my issue not seeming to proceed forward. It has been well above an year since I have been waiting and I don't feel there is anyone responsible taking care of my issue. My PF application is still stuck at the same place.
I wonder, I never had this kind of experience while I was working at Cognizant where I was suppose to treat my customers issue as urgent and with responsibility where upon missing one important email,, we were escalated, the issue used to be reported to our senior leadership. They used to make me feel as if I have committed the biggest mistake of our life by missing that one email.
But why a very different picture after coming out? Something changed about Cognizant?
I was of the impression that when I was supposed to given due attention to small things during my tenure at Cognizant, I can also expect the same from other employees taking care of my issue but I feel that is missing and which is not a good thing.
I seriously hope, however diminished, that my issue would be heard and resolve with priority.
