Hello Gary, The reason I'm writing this is to compliment you on such a well organized airline company you oversee! I recently had to take a trip to Florida from NJ and have to tell you it was the best experience I've ever encountered. Being a disabled Vietnam veteran, I was given a Priority Boarding pass which gave me the access to the front bulkhead of the plane and this helped tremendously for my disability! So, Thank You Sir for such a great experience and for the great people you employ (pilots, flight attendants, baggage handlers, ground crew, etc.) they have a wonderful leader. From this day forward, I will fly nothing but Southwest Airlines! To me you are number one and Thank You so much for the recognition to Veterans!!
