I just wanted to let you know about how Lisa Schwandt help me today when I need someone the most. She went above just helping me with a banking issue, she was a perfect person at the right time when I needed it. We were discussing how to help with my mortgage payment and I was explaining to her my finances including my growing medical debt. All my children have a form of kidney disease that can be very costly to treat. She was so kind and encouraging. She took the time to listen to very stressed Mom who is just trying to make ends meet and take very good care of children with very complex and costly medical needs. This is what makes the difference in just being a “bank” and being part of a community. I wanted you to know that Lisa is more than just an employee or number. She truly makes a difference in customers lives. I could not thank her enough and I wanted you know that she is a valuable part of your team.
