I received a recall letter for my 2015 R1M and I'm not comfortable with a local shop changing the transmission. I'm requesting a buyback from you so I can get a 2016 R1M with the work already done by the factory. If you check your records you will see this is the 4th R1 I have purchased since 2005 and I'm loyal to the brand.
