David sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:

Hello Hubert,
I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. I purchased $3800 worth of appliances from Best Buy and I am being treated like dirt. Geek Squad has transferred me countless times to different parties and nobody has given me the same reason why my TV install date was changed. I have been told multiple different reasons and none of those line up. Please help. I want my TV installed on 10/6/16 just as I was setup for initially, not 10/18/16.
