Hello Hubert,
Im sure your time is valuable so in short call Geek Squad at Best Buy office had told of six tech out. They come they leave still not fixed or resolved.
I should be able to return this stuff but because your people screwed the dog Im stuck.
Because of Best Buy and Geek Squads incompetence
Sorry its a simple 5.1 home theater system install.
If you cant fix it you should be installing them.
And if you cant fix let me bring in another company and you can pay the bill.
Make this right I just want my stuff to work.
