Hello,
I am a retired Engineer from ATT/Alcatel Lucent/Nokia. I became eligible for my pension as of 11/24/16. I have been attempting to apply for my pension through Aon Hewitt since 8/24/16. I cannot get an update as to the status of my application from that organization. I have thirteen pages of documentation as to dates and details where I have contacted Aon Hewitt and still have received no updates. As of 11/10/16 I have informed the local office of the Department of Labor of my situation and they are now trying to assist me in getting some type of update from Aon Hewitt. Is there someone at Nokia that can assist me with this situation?
