I am a student at North Carolina State University, majoring in Economics. For my senior seminar project, I am writing a paper on J.C. Penney’s benefits and retirement plans. I am having a difficult time finding information online that I need for this project, and I was hoping you could help, or direct me to someone that could help. I am looking for specifics, such as employee turnover rates, costs of retiree health insurance to the company, costs of 401 (k) plans to the company, etc.
