I am an owner of a Samsung galaxy s7 edge and 1 week ago i had a big issues with that devise.
It crashes 2 times in the day so i ve contacted your costumer services, a lot of them ( Uk , Us, France, singapor..).
Each one told me to go to another and NO ONE helps me and i just wanted to know if its a hardware or software problem.
I got no answer to that sadly.
The only team who helped me was located in Tunisia, and the guy knew exactly what to do to fix that problem and thats evrything is ok.
The problem is now fixed and it was just a frimware problem exaclty as he told me.
You need to know that some of your employees are usless and do not have any idea about how they have to fo their jobs and its pathetique.
Around all the word, i just found help in that small country named Tunisia with just that man.
