I am beyond disappointed with the service received from 1800 flowers. The below email is what i have sent to the costumer service link on your website.
I have not received a reply as of yet, but will be contacting the better business bureau, as this taking advantage of your clients, misleading, misinforming, and fraudulent.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to our family for the loss of their mother. I placed the order by phone since your online was not working and not indicating why. Although it took an extremely long time to place my order, I finally got them ordered. Although both promo codes that you emailed me and posted on your website didn't even work. 3 hours later I receive a phone call from a clerk at 1-800 flowers telling me that they cannot deliver on the scheduled day, I asked when they would deliver, she said she would have to call me back, but 5 hours later and no phone call I finally called back, this is when I was told there was nobody in the area to deliver. I explaining how angry I was since this should have been looked at when I placed my order. All of a sudden they have found one and it will be delivered next day. Although angry that you could not figure this out without calling me, I was at least happy that it was cleared up and would be delivered... a couple of hours pass and I get another phone call, telling me the same story, I was so angry since in the beginning of the conversation the girl mentioned there was a place but they could not deliver... WHAT IS GOING ON! I said enough is enough I want to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was not more knowledgeable or helpful. He kept saying I'm sorry but there is nobody in that area. I suggested, did you look in Dartmouth NS this is right in their area, then even gave him the name of a place that I pulled up while I was on the phone. He called them then placed the order. He also confirmed that because of all this mess the flowers were upgraded to the large bouquet with even more flowers added. How difficult is it to have done that on your side and not include me? I spoke to the family member who received the flowers and took a picture for me. I couldnt believe my eyes... The arrangement that I ordered was double the size and totally different than what they received.
If i could attach a picture to this I would. Incredible, you charge $67 and I don't even see 1 rose or hydrangea. I ordered the Premium rose Hydrangea bouquet.
I want a complete refund and an apology. What is it that you guys are doing, is the intention to mis inform your customers just to make an extra dollar?
I will wait 24 hours before I write a review to warn others
