Cristal sent a message to Marcelo Claure- the chief executive officer of Sprint Corporation- email address that said:
Hello I am contacting you in regards to poor service. I went to a sprint store on Monday May 2nd spent over a hour there and 40 minutes on the phone. I left with what was suppose to be a case number for someone from corporate office to contact me with in w hours. I haven't heard anything I called customer care yesterday to be left on hold and after 14 mins I hung up. It is pretty sad that customers can't get a response from someone on your corporate office. I have had Sprint service for 13 years amd I am looking at my options to switch companys.
