Hello,
I am currently working for the Sonic in Gardner and I have an important question to ask. I haven't been on the schedule in 2 weeks. Before that I worked a total of 2 weeks and then before that I wasn't on the schedule for 8 weeks. This is rather frustrating to me since I am employed and have not been fired. What makes me more frustrated was when I would go to sonic here in Gardner, Ks all they told me was is that they have been slow and giving the people that worked their longer have the hours, that was their excuse for 7 weeks and then by the 8th they finally said in order to work more I had to do the online training when my friend that works there hasn't even logged on and they told him he doesn't have to worry about it. So what is the least they can schedule me part time? They are obviously needing people because they are now hiring. I have been searching and searching and haven't found anything about the least a job can schedule you legally, which I highly doubt my name not being on the schedule for 8 weeks isn't legal
