Hello,
I am having a terrible time getting help with a direct deposit that was made to my SuntTrust Checking Account. I’ve called, e-mailed, reached out via online chat, to no avail.
My employers made a direct deposit to my account in November, which had been closed without my knowledge. The deposit did not make it to my account, yet when the deposit was tracked by our payroll company there is evidence to the contrary. If you look at my (closed) account, you can see that there was no deposit made and in fact that account has a $200/plus deficit.
As your customer service representatives have been no help in this matter, I’m going to reach out to as many people as I can to find out where my money is.
