Hello,
I am living in a DR Horton home and are truly enjoying the home and neighborhood.
I have tried on behalf of myself and my neighbors to get an issue about our common area resolved. I have reached out to DR Horton, our Association and to no avail have not been able to get the issue resolved to our satisfaction.
Keeping it simple. The area behind our houses was to be landscaped and maintained.
To date after many e mails I have finally gotten the area mowed.
It is weeds and patches of dirt, holes and rock. The children play in the area and I am concerned about something happening. It is unsightly and many houses face this area on the cul-de-sac.
We were told by DR Horton it was to be landscaped and maintained. To date nothing has been done to make it an area we can look upon with pride.
Is there a solution to the problem? I have tried and have
been unable to get it done.
Please help.
We all love our new homes but not the view we look upon each day.
