Hello, I am messaging regarding your terrible service in the uk regarding the customer service – Kazuo Hirai email address

Lois sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation – email address that said:

Hello,

I am messaging regarding your terrible service in the uk regarding the customer service for Sony Xperia phones. I have had to send my handset of for repair 4 times now. The most recent time is because the screen cracked as I was holding the phone in my hand sending a text message! Now, there is no damage to the handset to suggest it has been dropped, because it hasn't and the phone does overheat which I have raised many times but my emails go unanswered. Wayne, apparently a manager couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag let alone deal with customers. I am being told I will have to pay to have the handset repaired which is ridiculous as it is not my issue.

I trust you will reply to this issue with speed and itegrity as I am getting no where with anyone else at Sony.

I am fed up of being ignored, please respond and help with with this issue.
