Riya sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Hello.I am Riya from bangladesh.I brought my Samsung galaxy note 4 on 9th December 2014 with warranty of 2 years.during this year October suddenly there was some problems. neither calls could be received ,nor could be made.I was unable to use internet too.I took it to customer service centre of Samsung,located at baitul view tower ,5th floor,putana palton,Dhaka-1000 on 19th November, 2016.
I was within warranty period.1st they tried to provide us the phone saying it is all right,. but the problems was not cured.we brought another sim card proved that they couldn't cure it.we also didn't took the phone as it was not repaired.
after few days they told us the phone was repaired.when we went to their centre,they told us I will be refunded with 55%cash back.They have got mail from Samsung head office, Korea.they asked for 7 days.
but 20 days have passed. they are not responding.They are neither giving my money ,nor my old phone.they are just delaying I'm roaming.
I believed in Samsung.But the faith is no more.If u can not provide warranty,u should not utter this
