I am trying to reach John Murphy or higher regarding the handling of what I do NOT want to be a claim. I want my son's motorcycle, not a lost of $1300 and no motorcycle. I do not want it repaired or stolen. I want it back so we can fix the VERY minor damage ourselves. But we are not being given this option, it is being taken from us without a choice.
I am trying to find a nice, quiet solution to this issue so my son can learn how to work within the system but your representatives are starting to make it clear this is not an option. Can you have Mr. Murphy contact me, so I can address this with him. The effort to avoid any other avenues of closure will be appreciated.
