hello I am writing this letter to Mr. Mark Fields because I have no option you can read it or delete the chose is yours, on July 19-2016 I took saving and went to Crest Lincoln at 36200 Van Dyke Ave, Sterling Heights, MI and spoke to Leka Gjokaj the sales man and he sold me the new Lincoln MKX and I took the vehicle home and on July 22-2016 two days later I took the vehicle back to Leka and told him he sold me vehicle that been in accident he didnt look surprised and he told me you bought the vehicle its yours so I called his boss and he told me the same thing now I called the Lincoln customer service and spoke to Sarah Hollinger and she give me the run around for a month then she told me she cant do anything about it so I blow my top and called every name in the book for her and her boss for Leka and his boss. so now I put all my savings in to a vehicle that I want to keep for very long time and drive with pride a $50,000 vehicle which very hard for a man like me to get but I managed to do so and I could and purchased any import that I want but I chose Lincoln, so I am setting in the cafeteria at my job in Henderson, Nevada and that's where I live thinking and some of the guys talking at work and talking about updating the company fleet so I asked how many vehicles do you need they told me a bout 435 vehicles, cars, vans, and trucks. so I rushed to my boss and told him about my issue and he called my CEO and explained and they both were very taken by what happened to me the CEO told me we well buy a new fleet with in 3-6 months so now what happened to Matt we will put ford the last if we chose that is $17,400,000 so much money wow you see Mr. Fields just because I cant fight for what is right this happened wow....... I can tell you need to close your customer serves department they don't do anything they probably been bought by the dealer so they do what ever they want........
