Hello, I am writing to express my sincerest discontent with PayPal. My daughter, who has used PayPal for some time to make purchases and on Saturday, June 17, 2017 she made what she thought was a cash deposit to her PayPal account through the Newport Centre Mall CVS in Jersey City. The CVS did not provide her with a receipt and they did NOT deposit her funds. When my daughter called to inquire about her funds she was connected to a number of PayPal associates who were NOT helpful. When she finally did her own investigation, she was told that she would need to contact Green Dot to find out about her transaction, however, she is NOT a Green Dot customer which means she cannot speak with anyone. As a single mother of two small children $200 is incredibly important to her as she has a limited income and for what she has gone through it is completely and utterly disgusting and disappointing. Id like to know what your organization is going to do to improve upon its customer service and procedures. Please note that I plan to share my daughters experience with any and everyone who will listen because this was an egregious act and NO ONE should have to go through what my daughter went through.
