Hello, I am writing to you sir because I'm scared, really scared of losing my home. Not to bore you so please read and help me.. bought 1998, always paid the mortgage rate 6.75, I've tried 4 times to refinance to lower interest rate, denied because I didn't make enough $, well now I am retired and disabled, and still paid mtg. now I have sold my motorcycle, used all my savings, and am .begging you to help me. I can afford a lower rate NOT 6.75.....2450.00 down to 900.00. please don't take my home I've tried so hard..ttl income 2275.00..thx for reading Linda
