Hello, I bought items at the White Bear Ave store and when I arrived home I was missing one thing. I called the store and the acting manager informed me I could go to store #60 and the problem would be handled. Arriving at #60 I was informed because of inventory control I would have to return to the White Bear Ave store. My weekend wasted going back and forth????? Well Denna who works at store #60 stepped up and handled the problem! Please applauded her for me with a BIG THANK YOU. She gets it. In a day when customer service is lacking and things are automated you need to commend her. Thank you.
