Hello, I found your name in a mail regarding Africa Hotel Investment Forum, and it just tricked me if Mariott could be interested in my property in Zanzibar.
The name is Kikadini Villas, it was run as a boutique hotel, but has no been closed since 2012 due to domestic problems.
It was a beautiful property, but it has now been robbed for all interior. I,m not able to attach a file to this email, if you should be interested or know anybody that might be. Please contact me.
It has 4 individual villas, with together 12 room, restaurant, shisha lounge swimming pool. You might go to TripAdvisor and have a look.
