Hello, I have a matter involving a GameStop store in Las Vegas, NV on 6512 N Decatur Blvd.
I had purchased a video game and I have been trying to return it for the last 5 days and at every turn I have received nothing but grief and been denied. I have not even played the video game and I honestly feel the game is a waste of money and I do not want the video game. One of the ladies at corporate had told me she was going to inform the store on accepting the return and when I called to verify this they told me they had not received anything.
All I want is to return this video game and receive my money back for it.
