Hello, I have been in contact with your Customer Solutions Mattress Department for some time now regarding my 5 year old mattress. The problem is that the mattress has dips on either side, and now is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I have sent several pictures. Each time my reply is that they are not viewable or are missing requirements. I feel as though I am being giving the run around And, Sears does not want to admit they manufacture or purchased a product that is not living up to its standard. I've tried to upload photos for your viewing but they are not acceptable for this site. I will send them to your people one last time. Your corporation in helping resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.
