Hello,
I have been trying to contact someone regarding $432.00 charges for an item that was 9.99. Yes you read that right. I have direct deposit and opted for over draft protection. This item was tried multiple times and declined enough times to equal $432. That was almost half of my check for 2 weeks of work. I understand if it was a large amount being declined but it was not even 10 dollars and I have direct deposit every 2 weeks. I am not sure who else to contact. This has put me in a severe bind and has made me absolutely furious to ever even consider banking again. I plan on closing my account on Friday after I get paid again. I do believe this is a very unfair practice.
