hello,
i have been trying to speak to a regional manager at sears. i have sent many emails and have made many phone calls trying to reach someone. so far i haven't been able to speak to someone. my complaint is with the manager for the el paso, tx area.
the problem is , that when i make a complaint, it goes to him. so he replies back stating the it has already been taken care of. i would like to speak to someone above him and let them know what bad customer service he has provided. but i can't. can you please help me?
